    1. I don’t use anything like that, Diana, but that’s completely a personal preference as I tend to be more meditative when I work than chant-y. I think any kind of couplet-type spell or something along those lines could easily be said while making a charm bag, however!

  1. I have been using crystals for a while now in a similar manner, but I am interested to start incorporating herbs and flowers, so this is very interesting. Thank you. 🙂
