Sabbats: Imbolc Butter

Due to its close proximity to lambing season (is that right? It’s something to do with sheep!), Imbolc meals are traditionally rife with dairy products. Whether you make your own butter from scratch with heavy cream and sea salt or simply flavor store-bought butter with significant herbs or fruits (more on this idea in the upcoming issue of Pagan Living!), add some pizzazz and personality to your table with these fabulous wooden butter molds from Lehman’s. I’ve had them for years and have to admit I have barely used them but I think I’ll break them out for this February 2!
